About Us

We used the bootstrap framework to layout our information in our handcoded template. The Polk County High School Technology Department provides students with the skills and motivation to achieve highly technological goals. There are a multitude of courses available to help guide students to the next level. These courses include everything from Web Design to Technology Concepts. Not only do we teach students the basics of each technology program, but we also make resources available to them, which are needed to get the edge above other technology students across the country.

Overall, our Technology Department at Polk County High School is one of the best. Our educators, our students, and our competitors combine to form a group of people who represent PCHS at regional, state, and national competitions every year. We compete in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Technology Student Association (TSA), and SkillsUSA. The competitors from our school consistently bring home awards not only at the state level, but on the national level. Our student participation is increasing, as is our expertise and success at competitions. This Technology Department is comprised of a core of dedicated students who are proud to represent Polk County High School.
