Polk County High School TSA Chapter

About

TSA (Technology Student Association) is an international, student-based organization created to develop leadership skills and prepare students for future careers. Students learn self-confidence, personal development, and communication skills through competitions and assignments in a variety of areas, including: math, science, technology, engineering, design, and many more. TSA also provides students with opportunities to give back through community service. Supported by parents, educators, and business leaders worldwide, there are approximately 2,000 schools- totalling an approximated 250,000 schools in the contiguous United States that are members of TSA. Founded in 1978 (making it the oldest tech association in America), TSA welcomes those in middle and/or high school, and even Germany, Turkey, and Japan.
